Our lodge, Jaccos Towne Lodge, has been chosen to host this year’s annual Section E1 OA Conclave! Conclave is a Section-wide event that houses six Lodges, including ours. We will be joined by Arrowmen from all across Indiana!

Section Conclave is a great opportunity this year to spend time with fellow members of our brotherhood and promote cheerful service and fellowship. It will be a chance to hang out, bond, compete, and learn from people from all over the section. There will be competition activities, rifle shooting, archery, American Indian Activities, patch trading, patch auction, great meals, shows, fellowship and so much more. Youth Arrowmen will have the opportunity to elect the next Section officers.

The theme this year is going to be Lumberjack; specifically the event will lean into the wood carving and pancakes (and syrup) aspects of the stereotypical lumberjacks life. As some have put it, “Lumberjacks and Flapjacks.”

It is our responsibility as the host lodge to show up in large numbers and have fun! Our goal is to have at least 50 participants from our Lodge to show up!

Lodges will camp together in their assigned campsite. All Lodges will be responsible for ensuring that their contingent members are YPT compliant and will adhere to the Guide to Safe Scouting. All participants should plan to bring their own tent. At this time, no cabins will be available for housing use. If you have a medical need for electricity, please indicate this on your registration.
